Marketing Intern 

During my time at Amalfi Jets, I supported the company’s marketing initiatives across CRM, email marketing, website development, and promotional campaigns. In a lean marketing environment, I took ownership of key growth initiatives, helping scale marketing infrastructure, improve digital performance, and align marketing with sales and executive leadership.

 

  • Website & SEO Optimization: I helped lead the redesign and launch of the Amalfi Jets website, rewriting site copy and restructuring content within Figma to improve SEO and organic search performance. I managed external developers hired through Upwork, coordinated UX/UI designs with internal teams, and worked closely with engineering to ensure mobile responsiveness and successful launch execution. I also supported Phase 2 development, including the CMS blog infrastructure and leadership pages, while integrating HubSpot tools such as the Amalfi One sales calendar to strengthen lead generation and conversion pathways.

  • CRM & Marketing Automation: I helped implement and scale marketing automation across HubSpot and Warmly, onboarding the platform and developing multiple Ideal Customer Persona segments. I built complex lead orchestration workflows with 9 automated branches, integrating email sequences and Slack notifications for the sales team to ensure real-time lead engagement and internal visibility. These systems streamlined lead routing, improved response time, and strengthened the connection between marketing activity and sales pipeline development.

  • Email Marketing & Campaign Optimization: I manage promotional and lifecycle email marketing campaigns, running A/B testing on subject lines and messaging to optimize engagement and performance. I introduced a new luxury-focused email structure to better align with Amalfi’s brand voice while supporting seasonal campaigns, Amalfi Reserve promotions, and strategic marketing initiatives aimed at increasing client acquisition and engagement.

  • Promotion Strategy & Campaign Execution: I lead the execution of major promotional campaigns from concept to launch, coordinating across sales, leadership, and social teams. This includes building landing pages, HubSpot workflows, Slack communication channels, press releases, and promotional email campaigns. One recent promotion generated $125,000+ in confirmed flights and attracted 15 high-net-worth jet card prospects, demonstrating the effectiveness of integrated marketing strategy and execution.

  • Marketing Operations & Brand Initiatives: Beyond digital marketing, I support broader brand initiatives including the creation of marketing collateral such as charter brochures, social media banners, app store visuals, and branded email signatures across departments. I also directed seasonal marketing initiatives such as the company holiday campaign, coordinating photographers, creative direction, and cross-channel distribution to support brand engagement.

Through my work at Amalfi Jets, I have developed strong experience in integrated marketing strategy, CRM automation, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration while helping build the marketing infrastructure for a rapidly growing private aviation company.
